Virtual Nature Therapy for Legal Professionals: A Voluntary Study

  • New York United States (map)

Join Cultured Forest for a complimentary Mini-Virtual Forest Therapy session Study for Legal Professionals (Lawyers, Para-Legals, Administrators, etc.). This session is being offered with compliments by Cultured Forest to gather research related to the benefits of Virtual Forest Therapy as a tool for promoting the well-being of those who work in the Legal Profession.

During the event you can expect to learn about the history and science behind "Forest Bathing" in Japan, as well as the health benefits that come with spending time connecting with the Outdoors. Next, you will relax with nature-centered guided meditation, and learn ways to set-up office spaces as a place of refuge based on natural concepts. We will demonstrate how nature-centered Mindfulness improves focus, and brings greater calm to the working day.

We are researching the impact of Virtual Nature Based Mindfulness grounded in Shinrin-Yoku for anyone in the Legal Industry. In exchange for the complimentary session, we will ask you at the end of the experience to complete a 5-minute survey gauging any mood improvements and your general thoughts about the experience.

Brooke Mellen, the Founder of Cultured Forest, will lead this session. She has been featured in Vogue, Wall Street Journal and on TODAY. The event will be held via Google Chat, so be sure to have a strong connection to join. Upon registration you will get sign in details. At the end of the event we will send you a link to an anonymous survey that will assist us in researching how Virtual Nature Therapy impacts the legal profession, and if it is a viable resource for corporate well-being.

The event will be held Thursday, March 9 from 1:00 to 1:30 EST. Click below to register and receive sign-in details for the virtual event.
