You will sit back and relax with nature-centered guided meditation and learn ways to set-up your home as a place of refuge. This session is inspired by Japanese Shinrin-Yoku or "Forest Bathing". We'll teach you how to bring this wellness practice into your routine. We'll promote an open, nonjudgemental community for greater connection, calm and peace during a difficult time in history.
